Whatever floats yer boat....as long as it's cigar related.

Friday nights Delight.

Corona Viva.

Almost too strong to start. Haven't had one since the middle of last year. Was very very close to putting it down at the beginning, but powered through and fell in love again with these. The finish is absolutely fantastic.
I am like Ian, I love these.

Saturday nights Delight.

Le Bijou Toro.

Oh yeaaaahhhhhh. Very similar to the Viva, honestly, but more approachable on the start. The finish is just all class with these though. Definitely a stronger cigar, but maaaaaan, so good.

Joya Red Short Churchill. These are beginning to grow on me. I plan on trying the other sizes in the line, then gonna decide on a box. Very good medium-bodied stick.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

From earlier today, a (yet un-named) cigar from Kip's friend William in the DR, smoked while working on my Spanish language chops.

Hadn't had one of these in awhile. Unless the remaining handful in my humidor aren't any better, they will probably be the last of their breed.

After nearly a year without writing a review formally, I figured I'd get back to it. Starting with this El Primer Mundo 10th Anniversary...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or, at least, the cigar holder. My version of the "campo cigars." Just a single Brazilian mata fina leaf wrapped with a Dominican binder. No mold or size effort. Works pretty well...

I believe this is the yellow and black banded fuego Kip was talking about. Found a couple loose in the cooler. Nice stick on the back porch on a cloudy spring day. Woot 40 degreez!

I believe you're correct, DC. As for me, I've been staring this Bellas Artes down since IPCPR last year. Tired of waiting.

This was a very enjoyable evening of cigars, a new rum (to me), some trumpet, and a series of shorts on Amazon Prime called "Trailers from Hell," which had directors talking about various horror films from the past 80 years.
