Hmmmm.....just not sure what I think. Maybe I had too high expectations.

My buddy Nick just upped the birthday cigar game moments before I lit that Opus. Hoowahh!

The last remnants of winter (hopefully) and a Jericho Hill. Cold, but beautiful night here in NYC!

Smoke 'em down and prayers up! Oh, and happy birthday, Kip!

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

This has the most interesting lemon zest type flavor through the retro hale (at least to me).

Welcome to my "Death Row" cigar. I love the flavor you mention. It's not overpowering but it is present throughout. I love it.

I enjoyed it quite a bit. The lemon zest flavor had a refreshing effect to the experience. A B&M somewhat me (not my regular shop) has a pretty good supply of them too. Just FYI in case you can get them locally.

Tonights Delights @ the Poker Herf.

This is the first day since last Friday that I could enjoy a cigar. Been too sick this week to get out, so I took advantage of the poker herf at a BOTL's house.

Lighter end of the flavor spectrum; floral, sweet cherries, hay, faint carmel. Great flavors from a young cigar.

Had to crack a new box as I want to leave my older stuff alone to age and test every year. This is showing it's youth. Has that ammonia perk to it with that bitterness that shows up. Great bones though; will be great some day.

Had a distinct ashy flavor thoughout. Not my style. This was ome of those super-duper-hard-to-find-limited-edition-taxed cigars...only one around.

Crowned Heads Four Kicks Black belt Buckle.

Herrera Esteli Lonsdale.

One dimensional. Never changed, and it would have been nice as the monotone would have been great with a strength developement later.
