The original line by the Cusano brothers (Cusano - now owned by Davidoff) was a fantastic value. Very good cigars for a great price. This new offering under C&C - not so much, in my opinion. I've found them very bland in general. Gave up and moved on.

My take, Ian? Corojo is a marketing ploy that is often NOT used in cigars that market it. Real corojo is very susceptible to infections of all sorts. It's also an expensive leaf if beign purchased.

If I had to bet, I would put money on that being a Connecticut. That said I do like the Maduro version
