Re: Cigarro del dia - numero cinco
Do you remember what episode it was? Thanks.TomD wrote:They did a show a while back.
Im just getting into it. Like riding a bike once you get the hang of it. Alot cheaper than cigars. A really good bowl of pipe tobaccy is $1.50 or less.
I'm loving the Virginia / Perique blends like golden above. Also Frog Morton on the Bayou,

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

Episode 088 I believe. We actually committed to doing it regularly, but have never gotten to it....

Class prep cohort. When I first rolled this blend (crillo ligero and corojo viso fillers), it was in a bigger size. Like a lot of brands, changing vitola, even while keeping relative proportions of filler, changes things a lot. in this case, not for the better. It's still an okay cigar, but pales next to its bigger brothers.

Really enjoyed this Personal Reserve after breakfast. Going back to my B&M tomorrow and getting more for sure.

Last nights Delight.

These are starting to open up now and give off some sweeter, more well rounded flavors. I think I am hopeful for the future with these.
