Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

Having one of the Tatuaje Monster series - I believe it's a Jekyll? Someone (not sure who) sent it down with Michael Stewart. Whoever you are....muchísimas gracias!

Had the little Tres Petit Corona from the Fume dAmour line. Truly special. I was with Terry Johnson at the time and told him that he needs to be part of the manufacture of a special mild cigar again. He didn't love the insinuation about Luis, I think.
I wasn't trying to insult but just share that Mild has a place in the market. It's equally filled with cigars who forget about flavor in lieu of its strength presence. The Fumes, La Tradicions, E by Essencia and a few others do a spectacular job with it. Not too many others accomplish what they do. Terry's business sense and agricultural background are perfectly suited to make a mild and flavorful cigar storm the industry. I'm just not sure about his palate being able to do it. I shall see.

Reliving my youth and listening to some Smashed Gladys.....and enjoying the 2009 Oliva V maduro that one of my favorite Oliva reps (and Half Ashed listener) gave me at last year's IPCPR. Sweet Mother this is a lovely cigar - in construction, flavor, and appearance. Love 'em.
