Was smoking a Antano 1970, but it sucked. I realize now that I am NOT A FAN of those. The Dark Corojo is 100000x better. This is Ortega is making everything better tho.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

The San Andres wrapper on these is really mellowing, becoming sweeter with age. Bueno!

A very good cigar and a pretty decent film that bears little resemblance to the title or the one line description.

Had a one hour drive to a job turn into almost 3 and a half (!). Started with a Fuente 8-5-8 sungrown and moved onto this. These were good when very young but then went funky (not good funky). They've come back around, though, and the last two have been very pleasant.

Hey @stewmuse - those BME must have been on special when you were here. Nick and I went there today with intentions of buying some.....but they're now $115 per box. I opted for some Series 300 Leon Jimenes, which were on sale for $70/box. We'll see how that goes....

Not too shabby. Kinda rough, vegetal start but has come around into a mild/medium sweet smoke. Worth $3 apiece fer sure...

Hmm... maybe they'll be a recurring "Enero Especial."
