Did you know that Arturo has smoked my cigars? Well, I gave him a couple at a Trumpet Guild conference 3 years ago. I suppose he might have just tossed 'em...

Celebrating my lil bro's bday with a Melanio. Love these little guys.
Cigar class is in session with the younglings. Twenty years old and they want to know why I smoke cigars. Told them to listen to Half-Ashed and then they'll see why.

Maybe it's like becoming one with the cigar. You lose yourself in it; everything fades away: your worries, your problems, your thoughts. They fade into the smoke, and the cigar and you are at peace. - Raul Julia

Well... still poop. Same reason. September/October weekends are slammed with performances - wedding band, big band, Chicago tribute band, and polka band. Of the 15 weekend (F-S-S) days this month thru Oct. 2, I have performances on 13 of them, including all Saturdays and missing only one Friday and one Sunday. My gain is my loss...

Simple combo of corojo and criollo is a consistent winner. Chased it with some Bacardi Gold. Not as good as Craig's Zacapa, but decent
